In 2021 Hanukkah began at sundown on Sunday 28th November and ends at sundown on Monday 6th December. To honour the last day of Hanukkah we’ve created a menorah from our wonderful products. Hanukkah celebrates the Maccabees victory over the Syrian Greek army and the miracle that followed. Rededicating the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and restoring its menorah (lamp). Only one vial containing just enough oil to light the temple for one day was found, but it lasted for eight days.

Each night during Hanukkah Jews light one more candle than the number they lit the previous night. For the last night of Hanukkah, we’ve symbolised all the candles being lit with our stunning Goldstone Heart Beads, them shining in the light reminds us of the flickering of the candles.

To celebrate Hannukah Jews eat special food that’s unique to Hanukkah-many of them are deep fried in oil to symbolise the oil from the menorah used in the temple. They also play dreidel, sing songs, exchange presents after lighting the menorah and host/attend Hanukkah parties.
