Most of your products are cheaper than other sellers. Why?
We buy in bulk quantities which means we can negotiate large discounts with our suppliers; we are then able to pass these savings on to you.
We sell the same products as the larger craft shops and TV channels but at the same or better quality. Without large overheads from a physical shop or studio we can bring you quality products at much lower prices.
What is the easiest way to find the products I am looking for?
We suggest navigating through the products by using the category menu at the top. Once you are in your chosen category, you can then use the filters on the left-hand side of the page to choose colours, sizes, shapes, materials etc.
Alternatively, you could use the search box at the top of the page on the right-hand side. How do I checkout and what payment options are there?
Fill your basket with all our gorgeous products that you desire and when you are ready to check out, click on the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of the page. Then hit the Checkout button.
If you have an account and are already logged in, your name and address details should be pre-filled for you. If not, then hit login to save time. If you have yet to sign up for an account, do not worry as you can create one after you have checked out.
Once you have completed your name and address details and selected an appropriate delivery option, click Next Payment.
On the payment screen, you will be able to pay with your credit card, debit card, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you have a discount code then please enter it here to enjoy your discount. If you have a Gift Card then you can also redeem part (or all) of it against your order.
Is shopping with you secure?
Yes! Our site is built on a secure server. When shopping online, always look out for the little padlock next to the address bar of your browser. You will also notice HTTPS in front of our website address. The S at the end stands for “Secure”.
Furthermore, all our payment gateways are 100% secure. Your transaction will be processed without anyone seeing your details. We do not store any card details on our servers. Only the basic address and product information are required to process your order.

How quickly do you pack your orders?
On working days, we aim to do two print runs to ensure your order goes out to you on the same day. We do however have a cut-off time of 2pm.
Should you have an urgent request for your order to be posted or you require a next-day courier delivery (for an additional cost), please message us on social media or give us a call. You can find our details on our Contact Us page.
The beads I usually buy are out of stock. How soon before they are back in?
Our main suppliers provide us with stock on a monthly basis so it's never that long. Please feel free to Contact Us and we should be able to give you a good estimate of the date that a particular item is likely to be back in stock. Why not use our notify me when back in stock feature on the product page? Simply pop your email address in and when stock is available you will automatically receive an email. Can you source other products for me?
Absolutely! We are always excited to source new products for you. In fact, we have a loyal Facebook following who often ask us to do this. Feel free to contact us to discuss any products you would like us to source for you.
We do however request payment upfront so that we can place your order, who knows they may even join our existing range!
Do you have a physical shop and can I visit?
We are an online retailer; however, we have a unit where we house all our products. Our stock is not displayed as you would find them in a shop, but you would be welcome to visit. This would have to be strictly by appointment only. Please note we do have a £50 minimum spend.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password then do not worry! Just click on the Account icon at the top of the page and then click on Forgot My Password. Fill out your email address and click on Reset My Password. You will now receive an email containing a password reset link. Click on the link and follow the instructions to reset your password safely and securely.
How do I change my details on my account?
Log into your account by clicking on the Account icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. (If you do not have an account, you can create one from here).
Once logged in, you can change your basic details via the Account Information link on the left.
You can add multiple delivery addresses via the Address Book Link. Be sure to save your main address to save time in future when checking out orders.
Do international orders include duties/customs?
If your order is to the EU and is under €140 we will pay any VAT and Duties so you don't have to.
We are part of the EU's IOSS scheme, and your order will have an IOSS number printed on the reverse of the envelope which will inform your country's customs officers that we have pre-paid the duties.
If you would like to place an order for more than €140 then please simply place two or more orders that are each under €140.
Locally there may be unscrupulous individuals who may want to take advantage of this new system and ask you to pay cash on delivery. Provided the IOSS stamp is on the package then you should refuse to make any payments.
If your order is going outside of the EU, then customs and duty may apply. Please check your own country's threshold limits for customs and perhaps consider splitting your orders down like our EU customers.
How long do products stay in my basket?
So long as you are logged in to your account your basket is safe, it will never expire. If something in your basket goes out of stock when you are building your basket up you will have a message in your basket telling you the item is out of stock. To be able to continue placing your order remove the out of stock item from your basket to proceed. You can go to the out of stock product in the catalogue and click notify me when back in stock so we can let you know when you will be able to add it to your stash.
Are your products Lead-free, Nickle-free and Cadmium-free? (reach compliant)
Our findings, chains and charms are mainly Lead-free, Nickel-free and Cadmium-free and are REACH compliant. Always check the additional information on the product listing for clarification before purchasing any product.
