Amber is an organic Gemstone that has been appreciated for its natural beauty. It is formed out of sap from evergreen trees and over time the sap eventually fossilizes and turns into Amber. It comes in a variety of colours and shades, ranging from pale white or yellow to brown and even black. The main source of Amber is found near Kaliningrad, Russia. The Baltic region provides the second largest source and the Amber found here washes up from the seabed.
