I never received my order, what can I do about it?

Please contact us either using the Chat help in the bottom right corner, by sending an email to customerservice@somethingcrafty.net or by filling out our contact form on our Contact Us page. We will then get back to you as soon as we possibly can!

Why are your postage charges so low?

We wholeheartedly believe that companies should not be making a profit from delivery charges. The less you pay on postage the more you can grow your stash!

Most of your products are cheaper than other sellers. Why?

We buy in bulk quantities which means we can negotiate large discounts with our suppliers; we are then able to pass these savings on to you. We sell the same products as the larger craft shops and TV channels but at the same or better quality. Without large overheads from a physical shop or studio we can bring you quality products at much lower prices.

Do you have a physical shop and can I visit?

We are an online company only - we have no physical shop. As we use an amazing partner to warehouse and deliver our goods to you, it is not possible to arrange a visit to them as they have super-secure premises and look after many other company's valuable stock.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 2–3 business days to receive your order (or 1–2 days if you order before 9:30am). We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. We also upgrade larger orders (6 items or more) to an Evri tracked service at no extra cost to you!

Is shopping with you secure?

Absolutely! Your security is our top priority. Our website is hosted on a secure server. You'll notice HTTPS in the address bar—the 'S' stands for 'Secure.' We use trusted payment gateways that are fully secure, and we do not store any card details. Your data is safe with us.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Click the Account icon at the top right, then 'Forgot your password'. Fill out your email address, and you’ll receive a password reset link.

What is the easiest way to find the products I am looking for?

Use the category menu at the top and filters on the left side of the page. Alternatively, use the search box and then narrow your results using filters.

How quickly do you pack orders, and is there a cut-off time?

Orders received by 9:30 am are printed and packed the same morning. After 9:30 am, item changes are not possible. Address updates can be made until 1:00 pm.

I have a discount code - how/where do I enter it?

On the checkout page, enter your code in the 'Discount code' box and click Apply. If it doesn’t work, contact us.

Can you tell me a little bit about Charming Beads?

How do I change my details on my account?

Log into your account using the top-right icon. From there, you can update your info and add multiple delivery addresses.

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item of the same value or lower. See our detailed policy here.

What offers do you do?

£5 voucher for orders over £30 when you sign up. Free postage for orders over £25. 10% discount on orders over £50. Rewards scheme: earn points for future discounts (click the Gem Points symbol for details).

Where is my confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it.

How do I checkout and what payment options are available?

Click the shopping bag, then 'Proceed To Secure Checkout.' You can pay with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally right now. Plans are in place to resume international shipping in the future.
